Private: Angela works with men and women of all ages and fitness abilities on a one-to-one basis. As your personal trainer, she will motivate and encourage you while adapting fitness routines to meet your individual needs and most importantly, she will make your workouts enjoyable. Join Angela in her in-home private personal training studio or at your preferred location.
Semi Private: Have the option of training with a friend or partner in a semi-private setting. Therefore, you can enjoy the added support of a buddy as well as lower rates.
Bootcamp: Bootcamp is a fun, butt-kicking workout in a group environment performed outside (RAIN OR SHINE!!!). We will conquer some cardio drills as well as; resistance training, a full core portion and a good streeetttccchh afterwards. These sessions are short term so you only need to commit to a few weeks to kick start your transformation.
Nutritional Sessions: Chelsea Cybalski, C.N.P
Initial consultation: Includes an in-depth assessment, live cell analysis and is followed by a detailed program which is customized according to your personal needs and goals. After ensuring full comprehension of your program, you will leave with a dietary plan, individual goals, positive lifestyle changes and an overall better understanding of your body.
Follow up sessions: So, we’ve learned and accepted the fact that human beings are not perfect creatures and it sometimes takes a little extra push to change a habit. Making these changes can be difficult which is one of the many reasons why a follow up appointment is important. During these sessions, you may expect; continuous support and encouragement, new goals, program review and adjustments as well as other positive changes for optimal health and results.
Cupboard Chaos: Angela & Chelsea
Don’t know where to start? Allow us to help you during the transformation from chaos to clean. Getting rid of all the junk is easy but how to replace it with something you will enjoy is what makes this process easier said than done. This does not mean you will never eat chocolate again. This simply gives us an opportunity to have a better understanding of your likes and dislikes so we can together come up with a realistic, healthy, and budget-friendly grocery list.
