Ladies of the KW area! It’s time to Fall forward and hit the ground running!
We’ve all been there: “I had to indulge, it was my cousin’s wedding” or “it is only BBQ season once a year” or “the summer was so hot, coolers just seemed to quench my thirst”… Well guess what folks, it is past Labour Day and those white pants don’t fit anyway; so you might as well put them away and prepare for the Little Black Dress Season which is juuuuuust around the corner. The good news is, we still have time!
The 50 Day Refresh Wellness Challenge is designed to help each one of you health-sinners make a positive transformation in your life through: physical activity, lifestyle improvements and dietary changes. By making these modifications, it will have a bangin’ impact on your overall vitality and wellness and it will make you feel…refreshed! We will educate you on how to incorporate daily exercise on a mental and physical level, clean living, healthy eating and cooking with whole, fresh, and nutrient-rich foods. Together, we will guide and encourage you to continue this lifestyle beyond the program which will then in turn, lead to a life with less stress, increased energy and a revived positive focus. We will help each person reach their individual health goals while having fun and interacting with other newly formed girl friends.

Who can participate?
Any woman of any shape, size and athletic ability in the KW and surrounding areas who have one common goal: to refresh themselves. Anyone seeking medical attention must provide written consent from your family physician.
When does this program start?
The program itself will begin October 11th, 2011 and will run until December 9th, 2011.
What is “Bootcamp”?
Bootcamp is a fun, butt-kicking workout in a group environment performed inside a facility during the later fall and winter months. Every class includes a warm-up, some cardio drills, plyometrics, some resistance training using our own body weight and hand weights, a full abdominal/core portion, a cool down and a good, well deserved strrrrrrrrretch at the end. It is short term so you only need to commit to a few weeks to kick-start your metabolism. All you need to bring is your attitude, water, a set of hand weights (5 – 8 lbs) and a towel or yoga mat.

What do I get from the 3 Nutritional Consultations?
From the first in-depth consultation, you will receive an in-depth assessment, live cell analysis and a detailed program which is customized according to your personal needs and goals. After ensuring full comprehension of your program, you will leave with a dietary plan, individual goals, positive lifestyle changes and an overall better understanding of your body.
During the 2 follow-up sessions, you may expect; continuous support and encouragement, new goals, program review and adjustments as well as other positive changes for optimal health and results.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a natural healing art; a hands-on technique for activating the healing responses of the body. Every part of the body has a reflex area on the feet. When the reflexes are stimulated, messages are carried along the neural pathways to the corresponding body part and this triggers the body to go to a state of balance or normal functioning.
The application of gentle pressure to specific points located on the soles of the feet stimulates the healing process throughout the body. Instead of relying on medication to solve health problems, more and more people turn to reflexology as a safe and effective way of helping the body heal itself.
What is Reiki?

The term Reiki means universal life force energy – Rei meaning spiritual universal life force and Ki meaning energy. This treatment can enhance and accelerate the body’s innate healing ability.
Using the Reiki practitioner as the conduit, the input of life force energy encourages the body to regain its natural balance to fight off stress or illness, be it mental, physical or emotional. A very relaxing treatment, one hour of Reiki is the equivalent of 8 hours of sleep
What is Moksha Yoga?
Moksha Yoga is a form of hot yoga that is ideal for the yoga beginner as well as the seasoned practitioner. Every Moksha Yoga class takes you through a series of strengthening and toning postures in the detoxifying calm of a heated studio.
